“It was below the worst expectations I’d ever had..”
That’s the sound of someone who thinks they have one of the hottest eBooks available online, only to find out that nobody feels like buying it. Confusing, especially after thousands of people have expressed a huge interested in saving money on their flights, which is exactly what Bryce specialised it. It gets worse though. Much worse.
“People do not make buying decisions based on logic!”
Bryce managed to get his business promoted on ‘Good Morning America’ – do you recognise that name? It’s probably because around 15 million people watch it. Imagine millions of people hearing about your eBook, an eBook that you KNOW has valuable information and then…. only 200 people buy it. After launching his website, Bryce boarded a plane to Las Vegas expecting to check his bank account at the other end and find that his life had forever changed. It had not.
Bryce came to realise that there were some fundamental mistakes in his business setup and things had to change. His sales copy was condescending, his whole persona wasn’t based on trust and there was no real connection with the customer.
